Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Grant Coordinator to join our team at ReGenesis Health Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary nursing support for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program, leading the Monitoring and Reach out and Read program.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to leadership in the administration of Vaccines for Children (VFC)
Maintain working knowledge of SC DHEC guidelines for the VFC program and ensure compliance related to proper storage, handling, and administration of associated vaccines
Receive and address all VFC vaccines when delivered to a specified location
Coordinate and accept ultimate responsibility for ordering, reconciliation, deletion (if required), and return of all expired VFC vaccines for each location
Ensure log tag device information is submitted in a timely manner and attend Immunization Quality Improvement for Providers (IQIP) meetings
Provide annual VFC trainings for employees and complete monthly lead reports for designated locations

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
One to two years' experience in a medical facility or practice
