Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing Professional

Safeguard Healthcare seeks a compassionate Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing Professional to join our dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a current and valid RN license in the state of New York.
Key responsibilities include:
- Care Coordination: Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including assessments, medications, and treatment plans.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure they are providing high-quality patient care.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $95,000-$130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Shifts are available in Day Shift: 7AM-3:30PM, Evening Shift: 3PM-11:30PM, and Night Shift: 11PM-7:30AM.
