**About the Role:**

We offer our Senior Clinical Assessment Specialists: $129,100 - $153,700 per year. This includes a competitive salary, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Additionally, our team members have the option to work in a hybrid environment, combining both in-person and remote work.

Job Description:
As a Senior Clinical Assessment Specialist at LifeStance Health, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients, including testing intakes, planning assessment batteries, and developing treatment plans. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Your expertise and dedication will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of providing exceptional mental health care to our patients.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program and be licensed to practice psychology in your state. You should also have significant experience with testing intakes, assessment batteries, report writing, and feedback sessions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
