Workplace Experience Coordinator

Join our team at CBRE as a Workplace Experience Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in delivering a positive and best-in-class office experience as a cultural ambassador, community advocate, and service leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and create a comfortable atmosphere by greeting visitors and supporting employee-facing services.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of workplace services, including Concierge, Reception, Switchboard, and Room Management.
- Maintain awareness of the workspace and submit janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed.
- Respond to customer requests and complaints with accurate and detailed information.
- Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of 1 year of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience.
- Open and flexible work schedules.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
- Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor, being able to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help.
- Apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility.
