Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a Facility Administrator to enhance the operations of a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) facility. The Facility Administrator will play a crucial role in managing daily outpatient pharmacy functions, including logistics and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities
The Facility Administrator will be responsible for:
- Overseeing staffing requirements for the Department of Veterans Affairs CMOP facility.
- Delivering a broad spectrum of organizational support and assistance to CMOP personnel.
- Managing recruitment, training, and development of a skilled and efficient workforce.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of management-level experience in medical logistics or distribution is preferred.
- An advanced degree in business, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead throughout the work shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs from floor to waist and up to 20 lbs regularly.
- Able to carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance and push/pull with 30 lbs of force.
