Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
    • Understand clients' unique needs and objectives and collaborate with them to develop tailored AV and technology solutions.
  • Project Management
    • Lead AV projects, including scoping, planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute projects effectively.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
    • Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients and project teams.
  • Proposal Development
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed AV proposals, including scope of work, cost estimates, and timelines.
    • Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections on AV systems to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to clients and company leadership.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
    • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience building a book of business as an Audiovisual Account Manager or in a similar role within the AV industry.
  • Strong knowledge of audiovisual systems, equipment, and integration.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years of Account Management Experience.
