The specialist will be tasked with supporting customers by coordinating cargo bookings, addressing logistical issues for outbound shipments, and providing comprehensive product and service information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily operations to ensure the seamless transit of high-value export cargo from North America.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Diagnose and tackle complex logistical challenges, including customs and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records based on interactions.
- Cultivate and update a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Organize and manage international bookings for containerized freight.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
