Job Summary:The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and managing Human Resources services and programs. This includes providing HR leadership for activities such as strategic staffing, employee relations consulting, talent management initiatives, organizational development initiatives, compensation planning and administration, change management, conflict management, equal opportunity/affirmative action, diversity and inclusion initiatives, leader consulting, and HR communications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and implements HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Provides HR leadership and guidance to internal partners across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborates with Centers of Expertise to ensure cohesive delivery of HR programs and services.
- Designs and facilitates continuous improvement initiatives to increase organizational, team, and individual performance.
- Acts as an HR Liaison for delivery of HR programs, including presentation and facilitation of programs with large leader and employee groups.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Seven years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience, or an equivalent combination of experiences in one or more Centers of Expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, lead, and manage projects in a heavily matrix environment.
- Exceptional presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication.
- Prior Change Management experience.
- PHR, SPHR, and/or Master's degree.
