Job Summary:

">We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med./Surg. unit as a Senior Medical Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.">

About the Role:

">As a Senior Medical Professional, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, monitor patients before, during, and after surgery or procedures, and evaluate patient responses to care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, promoting effective working relationships, and contributing to quality improvement activities.">

Requirements:

">To be successful in this role, you must possess a current RN license in the State of Connecticut, medical/surgical experience, and strong communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a team environment, maintain confidentiality, and interact with patients in a professional and compassionate manner.">
