Job Description
As an Automotive Sales Associate at Blasius Chevrolet Cadillac, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and achieving customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, achieve sales growth, and drive revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits, and provide expert recommendations to customers.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Availability: Availability to work flexible hours and weekends is required.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new products, technologies, and processes is essential.
- Communication Skills: Possess fantastic communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K Plan with company match, paid vacation time, growth opportunities for career advancement, professional paid training, employee vehicle purchase plans, and a family-owned and operated business offering long-term job security.
