Role Overview

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be integral in architecting, developing, and implementing machine learning models that propel our educational initiatives. Collaborating with diverse teams across product development, engineering, and data analytics, you will integrate advanced ML solutions into our educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and advocate for the machine learning strategy within the organization.
  • Model Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models tailored for educational applications, ensuring they are efficient and maintainable.
  • Data Management: Collaborate with data teams to secure high-quality data for model training and validation, conducting thorough data analysis and preprocessing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to identify and address educational challenges through machine learning solutions.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, experimenting with new methodologies to enhance our educational tools.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science.
  • Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in real-world environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with data manipulation tools like SQL and Pandas.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the education sector.
  • Knowledge of data standards and regulations relevant to educational data.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies.
