Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Outline Agreements (OLAs) to ensure seamless procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with Contract Specialists to build, maintain, and update OLAs in alignment with Supply Chain systems, processes, and standards.
  • Run expiring reports to identify potential procurement risks.
  • Create and maintain Services Orders and Field Service Contracts to meet business needs.
  • Provide support to requisitioners to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
  • Resolve Purchase Order Exceptions and internal/external invoice discrepancies.
  • Support enabled ePayables vendors to submit electronic invoices through Actian when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Build positive relationships based on trust and collaborate across organizational boundaries to achieve targets.
  • Collect and research data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze diverse information to develop alternative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four (4) years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A 2-year Associate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Two (2) years of related work experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
