About the Opportunity

As a Predictive Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models to drive business growth and improve decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive analytics into business operations.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics) with 3-6 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $96,000 - $130,500 per year, plus additional benefits such as PTO days, medical insurance, and a 401K plan.
