About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge data models and provide valuable insights to support our business objectives. Your expertise in mathematical skills, advanced NLP & ML knowledge, and data modeling will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative data models.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing to extract insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models to support strategic decision making.
  • Utilize Python, SQL, and Spark to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.
  • Create visually compelling reports and presentations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytical capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics) with 3-6 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of data modeling experience in a business environment is required.
  • Exceptionally strong mathematical skills, with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms.
  • Proven experience in developing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data models.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Spark for big data processing and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
