Creative Speech Solutions, LLC is a dedicated pediatric therapy center committed to providing exceptional services to children with diverse needs. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time experienced speech-language pathologists to enhance our professional team.

Role Overview
As a speech-language pathologist at Creative Speech Solutions, you will focus on evaluating and treating children across various diagnoses and developmental levels. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and delivering direct therapy in both educational and clinical environments.
  • Managing cases, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and ensuring compliance with state special education regulations.
  • Engaging in report writing and collaborating on treatment plans.
  • Handling coding for insurance billing as necessary.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree from an accredited speech therapy program.
  • Valid NJ State License, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), NJ School Certificate (SLS), and Criminal History Review (CHR).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in pediatric private practice or educational settings.
  • Proficiency in providing therapeutic services for children with various developmental delays or disorders.
  • Flexibility to work during the day and some evenings.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, coupled with a passion for working with children with developmental challenges.
  • Demonstrated patience, persistence, and the ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Experience
Experience with programs such as PROMPT, SOS Feeding, fluency, and literacy is advantageous.
