Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage and grow the organization's staff and volunteer base, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission.
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that promote outdoor recreation, community development, and environmental conservation.
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit organization, with a proven track record in fundraising, community engagement, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing an organization, including staff management, budgeting, and program development.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit governance, financial management, and fundraising principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
