Job Summary
The Sales Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution within the organization. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and business development. The Sales Director will lead a team of sales professionals, manage key accounts, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth in technology sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage account relationships, providing exceptional service to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that resonate with target markets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
