Sales Development Coordinator

M/I Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to assist the Sales & Marketing team in the overall sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and a professional drive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and use of professional marketing materials and digital content.
- Contribute to lead generation and developing buyer and local relationships.
- Support the sales process, including sale selection and community management.
- Perform routine administrative functions, including work processing and ordering sales materials.
- Assist with monitoring accuracy of collateral material and website.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a related undergraduate program or recent graduate.
- Excellent customer service and computer skills.
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
