Knowledge of child development is vital, as is the ability to design engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of each child. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive learning environment.
- Implement strong classroom management techniques and demonstrate leadership abilities.
- Complete mandatory training in child protection and ongoing professional development in early childhood education.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student and parent information.

Qualifications:
