The Retail Operations Leader will oversee the daily functions of the store, guiding their team to achieve sales objectives while embodying our core Vision, Mission, and Values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master our consultative sales methodology and mentor team members to achieve and surpass performance targets.
  • Engage actively on the sales floor to meet both personal and store-wide sales goals.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to develop and implement company-wide policies and operational procedures.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development for customer service staff, including regular one-on-one coaching sessions, team initiatives, and weekly meetings.
  • Ensure the seamless execution of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization, managing paperwork, and handling cash transactions.
  • Work with company leaders to identify and pursue sales opportunities both within and outside the store.
  • Address customer service challenges with professionalism and care.
  • Foster a professional and positive work environment.
