Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Mark Andy Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales with prospective customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling and Sales: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to connect with prospective customers and close sales.
  • Market Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the Mexican market, including cultural nuances and business practices, to effectively sell to prospective customers.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the region.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain up-to-date information in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Communication Tools: Utilize email, video conferencing, and instant messaging for sales purposes.
  • Customer Relationships: Build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships to create loyalty.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
  • Flexibility: Work flexible hours to accommodate clients in the Mexico market.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles, excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, and ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, and ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, and proven experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales or telemarketing.

Work Environment:

The Sales Representative will work in a climate-controlled office environment with no physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise, and the like. May have limited exposure to manufacturing areas that require the usage of PPE. Frequently required to sit. Occasional walking, standing, stooping, and kneeling.
