Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and SQL to identify client savings opportunities and develop actionable business cases.
- Prepare high-quality deliverables for final review with engagement managers.
- Collaborate with project teams to drive project success and deliver results.
- Develop a deep understanding of business-specific contexts and develop streamlined approaches to resolution.
- Exercise excellent judgment and clear, direct communication in all aspects of work, particularly with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- High self-motivation and accountability.
- Direct client interaction, including possible travel to client locations.
- Must be based in Chicago, IL and flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare (payer and/or provider) industry, analytical consulting experience, or related work experience within a given industry.
- Basic SQL proficiency for data analysis.
