Key Responsibilities
  • S&OP Strategy: Develop and implement a robust Sales and Operations Planning strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Demand Planning: Work closely with operation teams to gather and analyze demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Planning: Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to develop and maintain production plans that align with demand forecasts.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels by balancing supply and demand factors, minimizing excess stock and stockouts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate regular S&OP meetings to review and align on demand, supply, and financial plans, fostering collaboration and communication between sales, marketing, production, and finance teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the S&OP process, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the S&OP cycle, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to the S&OP process, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in S&OP, demand planning, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in S&OP software and tools.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $316,000 annually, with compensation varying depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as location.
