Job Title: Senior Cloud Optimization Product Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Optimization Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap for our cloud optimization products.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented product manager who can lead the development of our cloud optimization products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing and a passion for enabling customers to get the most out of their cloud resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for cloud optimization products
  • Partner with engineering leaders to gather feedback and improve collaboration and engagement
  • Establish customer and sales feedback mechanisms to synthesize feedback and consolidate feature requests
  • Define solution value propositions for targeted categories, industries, or workloads
  • Build core content and compelling assets to articulate buyer value, industry use cases, competitive differentiation, and benchmarking
  • Deliver enablement assets and training materials for sales and partners
  • Support marketing in building core content and website/promotional materials
  • Monitor the results of product launches, evangelism activities, and marketing campaigns
About the Team

Our team is responsible for developing and managing Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. We work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical product management experience with internet business experience
  • 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
  • 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
  • Experience in taking a product from conception and definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
  • Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
