- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Doctoral degree in accounting or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- Five years of teaching experience in accounting or a related field.
- Experience with curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation.
