Overview:

Join Networking Technologies and Support as a Project Management Specialist. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of services, surpassing service level agreements (SLAs), and generating precise and timely reports. Acting as both a contributor and a mentor, you will also communicate project updates directly to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with the Site and Project Manager to fulfill service level agreements and identify any issues that may affect SLA adherence.
  • Timely and accurately produce departmental reports, including special reports as needed.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure efficient processing of hours for billing purposes.
  • Participate in team meetings, customer briefings, and vendor discussions as required.
  • Effectively manage administrative tasks related to projects, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on timesheets submitted for client accounts.
  • Guarantee that final reports are error-free prior to delivery to clients.
  • Keep management and all relevant departments informed of project statuses in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused mindset, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a commitment to delivering innovative solutions.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening is required.

Compensation: $29.00 per hour
