Job Overview:

As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our members. This includes managing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. You will ensure the accuracy of daily transactions and verify cash balances. Additionally, you will assist members with account-related inquiries, open and close accounts, and renew deposits. Your role will also involve actively promoting our services and cross-selling various products.

Working Schedule: Approximately 28 hours per week. Availability is required between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM during weekdays, with rotating Saturday shifts from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Primary Duties:

  • Uphold the Credit Union's professional image.
  • Execute a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Educate members about our services and product offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to branch security and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • No prior experience necessary.
