Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support the communication needs of students in the Cleveland area. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping students overcome speech and language barriers, enabling them to achieve their full potential academically and socially.

About the Position:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create effective support strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Ohio SLP licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and effective therapy to support student success.
