Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Territory Manager to join our team at That 1 Painter New Orleans. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers, utilizing company software and pricing.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects from approval to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Make change orders as needed to ensure project accuracy.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss job costing and project improvements.
  • Communicate customer scheduling preferences and needs to the project manager.
  • Sell add-ons and follow up on all estimates weekly.
  • Help develop a network and generate leads through various methods, including door-to-door knocking and networking with realtors and property managers.
Qualifications
  • Ability to qualify a customer and provide estimates according to the customer's needs.
  • Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.
  • Experience is not necessary, but 2 years of sales or estimating experience is preferred.
Compensation
  • $4,000 Training Pay for the first three months.
  • 8% Commission on all sold/managed revenue.
  • $1,000 Bonus to the rep with the highest revenue, paid on the second paycheck monthly in arrears.
  • $1,000 Bonus/Month to the rep with the highest Gross Profit, paid quarterly in arrears on the second paycheck of the month.
