About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dish Attendant at Ruth's Chris Steak House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining area and kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallware and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Participate in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for team members and guests.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
