Overview:
This role is pivotal in developing and managing initiatives aimed at ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining readiness for evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remain updated on changes in regulations and standards, assessing their relevance across various departments.
- Create, execute, and uphold processes for reporting, investigating, and resolving regulatory concerns.
- Facilitate the development of action plans, monitor performance, and report findings to mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate with teams to identify best practices, guarantee readiness for evaluations, and provide compliance training and communication throughout the organization.
Within the scope of this role, critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision are essential. The candidate must thrive in a dynamic environment and respond appropriately to challenges.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse
- Graduation from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
- A minimum of 4 years' clinical experience in a hospital environment, including familiarity with regulatory requirements.
