Job Summary

Quest Forward High School Omaha is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting and Admissions Associate to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective students and families, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and managing the application and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement recruitment plans to achieve enrollment targets
    • Identify and engage with target schools and community organizations to promote Quest Forward High School Omaha
    • Meet with prospective students and families to provide information about the school and answer questions
    • Plan and execute Open Houses, Shadow Days, and other informational events
    • Track and manage contact information and enrollment data
  • Community Engagement:
    • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build awareness and support for Quest Forward High School Omaha
    • Activate community resources to grow awareness among future students
    • Stay up-to-date on enrollment trends and maintain area leadership in recruiting
    • Lead the Forward Families and Alumni association to establish a legacy and referral culture
  • Application and Enrollment Management:
    • Guide families through the application process, including managing the online application system and collecting supporting materials
    • Schedule and conduct interviews with families and coordinate the acceptance process with the School Director
    • Administer entry tests and report results to the recruitment team
    • Communicate application results to families and provide a positive onboarding experience
  • Marketing:
    • Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans to reach enrollment targets
    • Support marketing efforts, including digital media, search, social media, direct mail, and other types of digital advertising
    • Plan and execute targeted outreach efforts at all levels of the enrollment funnel
Requirements
  • Knowledge of secondary education and independent schools in and around Omaha
  • Professional experience and familiarity with school admissions and enrollment management
  • Measurable results in outbound sales and/or directly in student recruitment
  • Understanding of marketing processes, social media, and digital communication
  • A burning desire to win
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Tight organizational systems and reporting skills
  • Outgoing, service-oriented approach
  • Energetic disposition with a desire to exceed expectation
  • Demonstrated independence, including an ability to work without close supervision
  • A passion for Quest Forward's mission
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for required outside recruiting efforts
  • Two or more years of verifiable success in high school recruitment or sales experience
  • A B.A/B.S from an accredited college or university preferred, though experience and other college success considered
  • An ability to work weekends and evenings as necessary for events and presentations
