Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a specialty unit, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice, as well as the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, effectively delegating patient care to ancillary personnel when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including disposition, referral, and spiritual and psychosocial support needs.
Requirements
  • One (1) year of nursing experience required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas.
  • PALS certification required for Pediatric areas, with the exception of NICU.
  • NRP certification required for NICU.
  • Certification in Fetal Monitoring through National Credential Center or through AWOHNN (Intermediate or Advanced) for L&D RNs.
