Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LPN or RN Unit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations and nursing care delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Delegate and coordinate the implementation of resident clinical services to appropriate staff.
  • Develop and implement systems to enable residents to meet their highest practicable level of functioning.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Current Georgia RN license in good standing.
  • Two or more years of nursing management experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in geriatric care.
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the care team and other stakeholders.
