We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Leader to join our team at Country Club Store (Country Club & Southern). Key Responsibilities- Lead Sales Floor Operations: Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
- Manage Store Operations: Monitor product levels, manage payroll costs and operating costs, and ensure store locations are clean, well-kept, and reflect the company brand.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Ensure Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers, and work to de-escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Ensure that Retail Store Associates and Customer Service Manager are well-trained and fulfill their duties and responsibilities.
- Partner with Support Areas: Partner with support areas, such as Asset Protection, Human Resources, Safety, Finance, and others, to further business goals and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- One Year Work Experience in Retail Management: Required
- One Year Customer Service Experience: Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Required
- Ability to Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen: Required
