We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our Wendy's team. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve food according to Wendy's standards, including cooking, assembling, and packaging menu items.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities, including cleaning and stocking, as assigned.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
