Job Title: Metro Market Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Metro Market Manager to manage and grow sales within a specific region of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer information for the entire book of business within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and adhere to a comprehensive 12-week call plan to ensure that all assigned customers receive the necessary attention and engagement to drive sales growth.
  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing information on key competitors to gain insights into market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas of opportunity for our products.
  • Engage with all cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Care, to provide the best solutions for customers in the assigned territory.
  • Travel up to five days per week within the assigned territory is required.
  • Attend company meetings and supplier training sessions as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned as business needs change.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree or previous experience in outside sales preferred.
  • Ability to travel outside of designated territory as needed for trade shows, meetings, and training.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Some working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
  • Ability to think independently and develop solutions to customer problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while operating within specific timelines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and auditory communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Capacity to maintain composure and politeness under difficult circumstances.
  • Aptitude to be available and adjust working hours according to demands.
Compensation and Benefits:

KSI Auto Parts offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, including a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, based on experience, as well as additional compensation through an incentive plan based on revenue growth against benchmarks set by sales leadership, car and phone allowance, and a generous matching 401K plan.
