We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at ELEVATE WORKFORCE. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial transactions and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all financial transactions and records adhere to company policies and GAAP guidelines.
  • Verify account analyses and maintain a current balance sheet.
  • Develop and maintain a GAAP-compliant accounting function.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Understand and utilize DM 2/MAS 200 accounting software.
  • Prepare and transmit monthly financial reports.
  • Complete tax reporting and assist with audits.
  • Develop internal reports for management.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
  • Ensure adherence to capital expenditure policy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Three to five years of public accounting experience or two to four years of supervisory experience in accounting/finance.
  • Experience in distribution accounting a plus.
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and organizational skills.
Training and Development

Our Senior Accountant will receive training on DM 2/MAS 200 accounting software, Fixed Asset System, FRX Report Writing, ADP Report Development, and other relevant systems.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include vision, hearing, talking, lifting, climbing, balancing, pushing, pulling, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and grasping objects.

Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory for this role.
