Position Overview

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Mental Health Counselor at FOCUS Group Solutions, LLC. The Mental Health Counselor will be tasked with delivering mental health services, facilitating counseling sessions, formulating treatment strategies, and providing support to clients. While some remote work is permitted, the primary responsibilities will be carried out in a collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering mental health services and counseling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies and treatment planning
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Licensed Resident and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Experience in supporting veterans, military personnel, and their families
