Account Development Representative

We are seeking an Account Development Representative to join our team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition to a competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Promote Air Comm's Voice & Video Solutions Portfolio, which includes Two Way Radio Systems, Cellular Bi-Directional Amplifiers, Dispatch Consoles, Emergency Radio Responder Coverage Systems, CCTV Systems, Remote Video Monitoring, Access Control, and Radio Alert Integration.
- Collaborate with existing clients to provide tailored product solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales or customer service roles, with a track record of achieving results.
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
