Clinical Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Effingham Health System, a Level IV Trauma Center in Springfield, Georgia. As a critical access hospital, we provide exceptional care to our community, and we need a dedicated professional like you to help us achieve our mission of providing quality healthcare.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field and certification as a medical technologist or laboratory scientist. With one year of pertinent laboratory experience and a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, you will be able to perform routine and complex tests, collect and transport specimens, and report results accurately and efficiently.
In this role, you will work closely with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information will be essential in maintaining the trust of our patients and their families.
We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
