Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Effingham Health System. As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical services.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, other departments, and outside agencies while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Equivalent to high school completion and completion of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse training course.
  • Experience: One to two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Licensure: Must have and maintain an unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse or LPN license and Basic Life Support CPR certification.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
