Job Summary:

As an Office Manager at Caris Healthcare, an affiliate of NHC, you will play a vital role in supporting the hospice interdisciplinary team through efficient office functions. This position requires a strong organizational and problem-solving skillset, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate operation of payroll functions and communicate effectively with the Caris Support Center.
• Possess knowledge of company personnel policies and benefits.
• Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of patient and employee records.
• Maintain an appropriate level of office inventory and clinical forms.
• Accountable for reconciliation of petty cash/expenses.
• Maintain various reporting functions and communicate findings to members of the hospice interdisciplinary team.
• Responsible for multi-line phone system and communicate messages to the appropriate party timely.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable of medical terminology.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.
