Job Title: Insurance Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring sales team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets
  • Expand business by building relationships with existing customers and meeting production and active customer goals
  • Coach sales team members to deliver a standard of customer care consistently
  • Oversee sales team performance and monitor operational targets
  • Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions
  • Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE)

Requirements:

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
  • Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
