Job Summary:

Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Specialist to support our insurance payor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payor contracts and data analysis, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance payor relationships
• Collaborate with practices to plan and strategize insurance payor credentialing needs
• Maintain provider files and payor participation information
• Complete payor credentialing and re-credentialing applications in a timely manner
• Identify and resolve payor enrollment-related under-payment/non-payments

Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in revenue cycle, practice management, or payor relationship preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
