Job Title: Deli Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Deli Associate to join our team at Winn-Dixie Retail Stores. As a Deli Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and making product recommendations as needed.
  • Restock and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control.
  • Operate department equipment and tools, including slicers and scales.
  • Keep work area clean and organized, reporting any safety hazards or equipment issues to management.
  • Notify management of any team member theft, customer shoplifting, or other issues that may impact store operations.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
