Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at Moncler. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences by providing expert advice and guidance to clients in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients in accordance with Moncler's Selling and Service standards, building strong relationships and fostering a loyal client base.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs, including Average Dollar Transaction, Units per Transaction, Data Capture, Repurchase Rate, and other metrics.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversations and proactive client management.
  • Business Development: Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain company merchandise presentation standards, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Proactively follow-up with customer charge sends, repairs, and holds, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Performance Analysis: Review and analyze personal KPI achievement, actively proposing adjustments to sales approach to drive KPIs and exceed client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with all employees in the store to maintain a collaborative work environment, supporting inventory preparation and execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record of successful sales generation and client relationship building.
  • Skills: Results-driven and customer-focused, with strong communication skills (verbal, in-person, via email, SMS, etc.) and attention to detail.
  • Education: Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $18.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.
