Healthcare Support Associate

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Support Associate to join our team at Tryon Medical Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating patient care, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clinic Support responsibilities include: assembling patients' health information, ensuring all related reports, labs and demographics are sent to the outside facility prior to their appointment, reviewing to ensure all forms are completed, properly identified, and signed, communicating as needed with physicians and other health care professionals, and updating charts to ensure that information is complete and filed appropriately.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and support weight of 35 pounds.
- Experience serving customers in person and on the phone.
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year.
