Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Process incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching.
  • Provide backup support for office staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One to three years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 per year, based on location and experience.
