Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at ARG Industrial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing market share in a designated territory, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share in a designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including existing and potential clients.
  • Work closely with the ARG team to deliver quotes, products, and services that meet customer needs.
  • Provide on-site expertise, solve problems, and make product recommendations to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and special promotions through regular training and sales meetings.
  • Accurately and meaningfully use CRM to track customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Control sales expenses and ensure efficient use of company resources.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the hose and fitting or other industrial distribution sector.
  • Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Office and learn new applications quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-discipline and motivation.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
